The Coordinated Access Team replaces the complex and exception-filled referrals process of the past with streamlined access and timely referrals to improve access and increase capacity for tertiary mental health services.

Coordinated Access for all referrals will provide one point of entry to tertiary mental health services. The new 1 Access program demonstrates a proactive response to frustrations and ensures equality of access to specialized care.

With one phone number and one fax number for all referrals, the Coordinated Access Team of highly skilled and experienced mental health professionals will manage incoming requests for treatment and facilitate accurate access to mental health services.
