In Southwestern Ontario, adolescents, adults and older adults who experience severe and persistent mental illness have access to a variety of specialized services through St. Joseph’s Regional Mental Health Care (RMHC).
At both London and St. Thomas sites, clients receive care either in the hospital as an inpatient, as an outpatient, or in the community through outreach programs. Interdisciplinary teams provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services and strengthen community partnerships to help people regain independence in the place of their choice. to all Regional Mental Health Care programs and services (excluding Forensic Psychiatry).

- Assessment Program - care includes specialized assessment and initial stabilization with recommendations for further treatment, rehabilitation and community reintegration.
- Forensic - provides both inpatient and outreach mental health services to adults with a mental disorder who have committed a criminal offence.
- Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program - provides both inpatient and outpatient care for people who have severe and complex mood and/or anxiety disorders that have not responded to treatment.
- Psychosis Program - provides inpatient and ambulatory services to people diagnosed with a psychotic disorder.
- Supporting Programs and Services - a spectrum of additional services support clients in their recovery.
