Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care: Programs and Services
Mount Hope's services include both long and short-term care programs. With Mount Hope and our partners at Parkwood Hospital, St. Joseph's will continue to provide the best possible service for the growing population in need of long term care.
Residents at Mount Hope are 18 years of age and older, and include adults who may be cognitively-impaired, physically and/or mentally-challenged, and/or suffer from chronic illness.
Mount Hope is fully accredited by The Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation and provides long term care under the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
