Ministry of Health and Long Term Care

Enormous site with plenty of useful information for people with a variety of needs.
Through the Ontario Drug Benefit Program, the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care covers most of the cost of prescription drug products listed in the Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB) Formulary, for eligible individuals.
The Trillium Drug Program helps people who have high drug costs in relation to their income, and who are not eligible for drug coverage under the Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB) Program.
Trillium application kits are available at your local pharmacy or by calling the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care INFOline.

Offers a Health Care Program to veterans and dependents, including the Veterans Independence Program, which provides various monetary and other supports to allow independent living.
Also offer treatment benefits to eligible persons, which offer various entitlements including drug plan/health benefits information and a wide variety of services/assistance.
Residential Care Program establishes, manages and supports long term care facilities that address the evolving needs of veterans and other seniors.
