St. Joseph's 2010-2013 Strategic Plan
The St. Joseph’s 2010-2013 strategic plan guides us in supporting our mission and vision.
The plan outlines our strategic goals, performance targets, strategic projects and enabling technology solutions within the following four strategic directions:
- Organizational transformation
- Performance excellence
- Mission and leadership
- Advancing research, teaching and innovation
The strategic plan is a rolling, three-year plan. Each year it will be updated and extended for another year. Taking this approach allows us the flexibility to course correct as needed, remove completed projects, launch new ones, and make adjustments to reflect emerging priorities.
