Paul Dugsin

Paul is General Managing Partner at Raiven Capital, a Canada-Silicon Valley technology venture fund, and Managing Partner at Magnus Associates, a strategic consultancy. Raiven Capital is focused on Series A investments in highly scaleable B2B applications of AI, 5G and IoT technologies. Paul is an investor and strategic planner that has secured $1B in funds for technology and R&D initiatives in Canada, the US, Germany, and Brazil. Special areas of focus include: complex and international partnership development, large-scale innovation and R&D strategy, resource alignment, and multi-party funding initiatives.

Paul is also a Senior Associate in the Innovation Policy Lab, Munk School of Global Affairs, UofT, and an Advisory Board Member to the Translational Health Graduate Program at the UofT Faculty of Medicine. Paul is alumni of the TRIUM program, an integrated Global EMBA graduate degree issued by the London School of Economics (UK), New York University, and HEC School of Management (France).

He holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Paul is the Foundation Board representative to the St. Joseph’s Health Care Board of Directors. Paul is a proud father of three children.
