Brenda Lewis has spent her career in the field of human resources and employee health, specializing in career management, training, executive search and business development. A graduate of Western University, her business experience includes senior management roles with KPMG Consulting, account management and business development with Homewood Health, as well as managing an independent consulting practice. Brenda’s background includes working with organizations in the planning and development of continuous improvement and workforce reorganization projects, supervisory and management training, employee assistance and disability management, as well as succession planning and executive coaching initiatives. As a volunteer, she has shared her expertise as a board member at Pathways Skill Development, the London Club as a Director and, in 2005, as President and Chair of the Board and St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation. While on the Foundation Board, she was a member of the Executive Committee, Finance and Audit Committee, Events and Planning Committee, Chair of the Governance Committee and Chair of the 2013 Breakfast of Champions Committee.
As a fourth year Board Member, Brenda is a member of the Executive Committee, Chair of the Quality Committee and is the St. Joseph’s Hospital Board Representative on St. Joseph’s Foundation Board.
