Exploring the Fundamentals of Diabetes

St. Joseph’s Diabetes Education Centre presents the Fundamentals of Diabetes. This annual spring workshop will take place on Friday May 3, 2019.

Location: Hellenic Community Centre, North Room, 133 Southdale Rd. W. London, Ontario (get directions)
Who should attend: Any health care or community care provider who wants to learn about diabetes care. RNs, PSWs, NPs, RPNs, RDs, Mental Health Workers, LTC workers, and pharmacists.
Cost: $65 includes light breakfast, lunch, nutrition breaks, and resource materials. No refunds after April 19, 2019.
