Privacy eLearning and Agreement

Due Date: Immediately after receiving your hospital application package from Medical Affairs. 

The instructions needed to complete the Privacy eLearning and Agreement have been attached to the hospital application email that you have received. Your completion will be automatically recorded with Medical Affairs. 

Please note: Western graduates are required to redo this agreement. 

Once you have completed the Privacy and Confidentiality eLearning and Agreement, details for accessing the following applications will be emailed to you mid-June:

• Corporate ID (access to the hospital computer/desktop, shared drives and applications, i.e. remote access (Horizon))

• My Education (ME) Learning System (Corporate ID will be needed to access)

• Outlook (hospital email account)
• Remote access
• Electronic Health Record System Training (Cerner PowerChart)
