London-born NHL player, Brandon Prust, will announce a significant donation in support of the Ivey Special Eye Examination Services (iSee) Vision Screening Research Program at St. Joseph’s Health Care London on Monday morning at the Stoney Creek Community Centre, YMCA & Library. The former London Knight will make the donation on behalf of The Brandon Prust Foundation, which he founded in 2014.

Through St. Joseph’s Ivey Eye Institute and Lawson Health Research Institute, iSee aims to examine photoscreening as a useful and rapid tool to identify eye conditions in children ages 18 months to 4 years old. The specialty camera captures irregularities in the eye in order to prevent permanent vision damage.

Media are invited to record/take photos of the gift announcement.
