Reach Out is a new 24/7 crisis and support line for those living in London, Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties. This service, is for people living with addictions and mental health needs – as well as their families, caregivers and health care providers.

The number is 519-433-2023. The toll free number will be 1-866-933-2023. The website is www.reachout247.ca.

There are many reasons why a person might call Reach Out. Some of these reasons are:

  • A serious mental health or addictions problem
  • A crisis
  • Risk of self-harm or harm to others
  • Emotional trauma
  • Depression or anxiety
  • Concern about the well-being of a loved one
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Substance use, gaming, internet disorder and problem gambling
