The Infectious Disease Care Program of St. Joseph’s Health Care, London collaborates with community partners with the goal of improving the health of the population. Together, we address health determinants affecting individuals and communities in Southwestern Ontario. In keeping with St. Joseph’s vision “to be a respected source of excellent health service, guided by the people we serve… provided by people who care” the Infectious Diseases Care Program established the HIV/AIDS Community Advisory Committee to ensure stakeholder input in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of services. Membership includes a cross section of community partners and service users.
