We are here to support you through your experience and assist you with questions or concerns. You can speak with us privately, in person, over the phone or by mail/fax/email. Patient Relations acts as an ombudsman for patients and their families. Whether you have a complaint, suggestion or a compliment, we'd like to hear from you.
What to do if you have a concern:
To start, you may wish to speak with your care providers directly or take the matter up with your attending physician or the unit leader. If you don't feel satisfied after this, please feel free to contact the Patient Relations office for help.
Patient Relations will respond to your concerns and offer you assistance and support. We work collaboratively with you, your health care team and hospital leadership to ensure we earn your complete confidence in the care provided at St. Joseph's. Our goal is for you - our patients - to be at the centre of everything we do, which means delivering safe, quality care.
For your privacy: Our staff take great care to safeguard your privacy. However, this form is transmitted over the internet and viewed by staff of the Patient Relations department, as well as other St. Joseph's Health Care London staff as needed. We suggest that you don't put anything in the message that you would consider private information.
