Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Program: Admission Criteria

Patient must require a rehabilitation program from the service of one of the professional team members.

The patient must meet these criteria:

  • Has treatment needs that cannot be met by community services
  • Has potential for functional and/or neurological improvement
  • Must be medically stable and have sufficient endurance to participate in therapies
  • Must have achievable rehabilitation goals
  • Must be willing to participate in the program
  • Is able to benefit from a goal-oriented, time-limited program
  • Has medical support available to them while attending CORP

CORP cannot provide services for:

  • Patients with orthopeadic injury or routine postoperative surgery
  • Patients requiring intensive cognitive rehabilitation
  • Patients with chronic pain
