St. Joseph’s Health Care, London is the hub of Rehabilitation for the ten counties of Southwestern Ontario. Providing inpatient, outpatient and outreach services the regional Rehabilitation Program helps individuals reach their full potential, return to their homes and communities, and provides support to caregivers and health professionals in the community.
Specialized Geriatrics Services are delivered through a network of services focused on the care of the elderly throughout Southwestern Ontario. Specialized Geriatric Services and the Southwestern Ontario Geriatric Assessment Network improves the quality of life for older individuals, enhances support and education for caregivers and health professionals, develops expertise in the care of the elderly, and provides services as close to home as possible.

Acquired Brain Injury: Inpatient, outpatient and outreach services, case management for complex cases and specialty clinics for individuals with traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury.
Neurobehavioural Rehabilitation Centre: A home-like facility providing rehabilitation for adults with brain injury and moderate to severe behaviour challenges.
Spinal Cord Injury: Inpatient and outpatient services and specialty clinics for individuals with traumatic and non-traumatic spinal cord injury.
Amputee: Inpatient and outpatient services and specialty clinics for individuals with amputations.
Stroke/Neurological: Inpatient, outpatient, community-based services and specialty clinics for individuals recovering from stroke and other neurological conditions.
Fitness Centre: A fully accessible facility for adults with physical disabilities.
Rehabilitation Engineering: Design, modification, fabrication and evaluation of assistive devices, such as augmentative communication, seating and mobility equipment, and aides to daily living.
PossAbilities: Assessment, prescriptive and training services for individuals requiring high-tech assistive devices.
Driver Assess ment and Rehabilitation Program: Assessment and training for individuals whose driving ability may be impaired due to injury or change in medical status.
Neurotrauma Rehab: Clinic and community-based services including neuropsychological testing.
Electromyography clinics: Electro-diagnostic services.
Outpatient medical clinics: Chronic pain management, disability assessment, wound management, seating and mobility, orthotics, prosthetics and foot disorders.
Geriatric Rehabilitation Unit: Inpatient beds for elderly individuals with recent functional decline and complex health problems. (Parkwood Hospital)
Geriatric Musculoskeletal Unit: Inpatient beds for clients with functional decline due to orthopedic problems such as hip fractures or joint replacements. (Parkwood Hospital)
Geriatric Day Hospital: Specialized ambulatory rehabilitation treatment for older people with functional decline living in the community. (Parkwood Hospital)
