Bill Wilkinson

Bill WilkinsonA certified management consultant, Bill Wilkinson has owned and operated his own management consulting practice, Wilkinson Consulting Inc., since 1999. The firm specializes in conflict management advice and workplace dispute resolution services and facilitates strategic planning exercises and organizational leadership meetings requiring an independent third party. Other areas include board development and governance, leadership development, and general human resources advice. Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Bill worked at Western University, serving as the first full-time ombudsperson, the first employment equity officer and as the first director of the Department of Equity Services. A graduate of King’s University College with a B.A (Honors) in History and a M.A. in Public History from Western, Bill is a member of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario (ICMCO). He has served regionally and provincially on various boards and committees of the organization and was recently made a Fellow of the ICMCO. He is a devoted community volunteer in the London Region. In recognition of his overall community work with several local organizations, Bill received a Paul Harris Fellowship from Rotary International in 2005. He is active within the London business community as a member of the Advisory Board for 18 Asset Management, leading TechAlliance’s CEO P2P group, Chair of the Owner Representative Council for the London West Branch of Libro Credit Union, and as a volunteer with the London Chamber of Commerce’s annual Business Achievement Awards. Bill is the current Chair of the Human Resources Committee of the Board and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Lawson Health Research Institute.
