The Parkwood Fitness Centre has been providing access to adaptive physical activity for community members with mobility impairments and physical disabilities for over 20 years. Accessible physical activity and fitness are important for improving function, quality of life, and independence for those with disabilities, which is why the Parkwood Fitness Centre team values developing robust and accessible programming for the community that it serves.
