There may be unique clinical or academic skills that are required with each individual vacancy, which will need to be discussed with the individual academic leader. The Professional Staff HR Plans are developed to meet defined academic and clinical deliverables based on the vision, strategic direction and priorities of LHSC, St. Joseph’s and the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. All positions contributing to the academic and clinical deliverables of a department are subject to the city-wide position approval process.
