From Mount Hope visitors parking lot:
- Proceed towards the elevator lobby.
- Enter code *2864# to unlock door.
- Proceed straight. Patient Relations, Privacy and Risk (WB31) in on the left.
From Grosvenor Parking Garage:
- Take the Elevator located in the North West corner of the Grosvenor parking garage to Level B (tunnel).
- Exit the elevator.
- Turn left and proceed to the end of the corridor.
- Once you get to the double doors, enter the code *2864# to unlock doors.
- Proceed to the end of the corridor and turn left.
- Enter code *2864# to unlock double doors.
- Proceed through double doors.
- Patient Relations, Privacy and Risk (WB31) in on the right.
From Grosvenor Street Entrance:
- Enter Mount Hope though Grosvenor Street Entrance – Zone W
- Enter code *2864# to unlock sliding doors.
- Proceed straight to the right towards the information desk.
- On the phone dial extension 61234.
