Have your say. How can St. Joseph’s become more senior friendly?

St. Joseph’s Health Care London strives to be more senior friendly, and we are continually looking for ways to improve access and care for older adults.

We welcome suggestions from patients, residents, caregivers and visitors that identify opportunities and propose ideas to provide the best senior-friendly environment possible.

These recommendations can include, but are not limited to, feedback on:

  • Purchase of equipment or devices
  • Education or training ideas
  • Renovation to improve an area
  • No idea is too big or too small

Please submit recommendations to Patient Relations, where our staff will review and pass along your idea to leaders at one of the St. Joseph’s sites (Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Parkwood Institute, Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care).
