On-Site Stores Local Vendor Program: Application Form

 

Special pop-up holiday shop

St. Joseph's provides a unique shopping experience at all 5 main care sites for visitors, patients, residents and staff. Items such as clothing, purses, jewelry, giftware, snacks, pop and confectionary are available for purchase.  

Volunteers are always needed to support store operations, either behind the scenes with unpacking, repricing and cross-dock shipping of inventory, or by manning the cash registers and providing exceptional service to our customers.

A new Local Vendor Program is being introduced during the Fall of 2025 for artisans and entrepreneurs residing in Southwestern Ontario.  Vendors are invited to complete an application form for either our Local Vendor Program or Holiday Pop Up Shop (dates provided on application forms).  

All discretionary revenue generated in our stores is returned to patient care and patient and resident programs.
