• Enter from the Main Building's entrance (C2)
• Walk into main lobby area (past Information Desk and General Store in centre)
• Take Elevator 1 or 2 (on the left) or Elevator 5 or 6 (on the right) down to Level 1
• Exit elevator
• From Elevator 1 or 2 turn left, this is the cafeteria
• From Elevator 5 or 6 turn right, this is the cafeteria.

Chapel of the Good Shepherd

From Entrance 1 (Shortest route):

• Enter the hospital through Entrance 2 – Zone C.
• Proceed through the sliding doors into Zone C lobby.
• Proceed through the corridor to the left of the Information Desk and General Store in centre of
• lobby.
• Turn left. Travel from Zone C (blue) into Zone A (green).
• Proceed down the corridor on the left. Past the two corridors on the right.
• Cognitive Clinical Research (A2‐130) is on the left.

From Entrance 2:

• Enter the hospital through Entrance 4 – Zone D.
• Proceed through the sliding doors into Zone D lobby.
• Turn left. Travel from Zone D (purple) into Zone B (gold), then into Zone C (blue) and finally into
• Zone A (green).
• Proceed down the corridor on the left. Past the two corridors on the right.
• Cognitive Clinical Research (A2‐130) is on the left.

From Entrance 3 (note: This is a long walk):

• Enter the hospital through Entrance 5 – Zone E.
• Proceed through the sliding doors into Zone E lobby.
• Proceed straight. Travel from Zone E (red) into Zone D (purple), then into Zone B (gold), then into
• Proceed down the corridor on the left. Past the two corridors on the right.
• Cognitive Clinical Research (A2‐130) is on the left.

Cognitive Neurology patients register at the Geriatric Rehabilitation Day Hospital...

If patients are dropped off:

• Turn right off of Western Counties Road, take the second road that branches to your left and drive up to the Day Hospital (A2 entrance) to drop a patient off
• Patients check in at the registration desk on your left

If parking:

• Park in Parking Lot 1 or in the roadside meter parking. The cost is $6.
• Enter the Main Building's entrance (C2)
• Walk into main lobby area to the right of the Information Desk and General Store in centre of lobby
• Enter the corridor on the left, and turn right
• Walk down the corridor, then take the first hall on the left
• Walk to the end of the hall, the Day Hospital registration on the right

Complex Care - 3A east

• Do not turn right at first corridor, instead, continue straight and A2-109B is on the right
