Adam Dukelow

Dr. Dukelow currently serves as the Vice President of Medical & Academic Affairs for St. Joseph’s Health Care London and is also a practicing Emergency Physician in London, and an Associate Professor at Western University.
 
Adam completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Guelph, his Medical Degree at Western University and an MHSc in Health Administration from the University of Toronto Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation. He completed his FRCP residency in Emergency Medicine through Western University.  Dr. Dukelow also holds the designation of Canadian Healthcare Executive from the Canadian College of Health Services Executives since 2006.
 
Adam is a proven leader who knows how to successfully navigate through times of change, cultivate positive relationships within and between teams and constantly turn challenges into opportunities. He has previously served as the St. Joseph’s Health Care London Professional Staff Organization President, Local Medical Director and Manager of the Southwest Ontario Regional Base Hospital, St. Joseph’s Health Care London and LHSC Department Chief and Schulich Division Chair for Emergency Medicine and Interim Chief Medical and Quality Officer for London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC).  As a leader Adam’s main areas of focus are; patient safety, quality improvement, innovation, professional staff engagement and value-based health care. 
 
Dr. Dukelow has been married to his wife Valerie since 2001 and has two daughters.  In his personal time Adam enjoys running, paddle boarding, traveling and being an avid “dance-dad”.
