Melissa Aveiro

Melissa, CPA, CA, is a Business Advisor and Partner with MNP in London. As a specialist in the Tax Services group, Melissa has more than 10 years of experience advising a wide range of clients, including owner managed businesses and large, multinational corporations. Her focus is helping small- to medium-sized companies in diverse industries achieve their goals. As a person involved in a family business, Melissa provides not only provides tax consulting to her clients but is also a trusted business advisor, bringing practical advice to the table. More specifically, she advises on estate planning, tax minimization strategies, succession of business, and corporate and personal tax compliance. Melissa is particularly experienced with real estate and construction, small start-up technology companies and larger manufacturers.

She earned her Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University and then her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2009. She has completed CPA Canada’s In-depth Tax courses and has been teaching them for numerous years. Melissa is active in the community and was named as one of London’s Top 20 Under 40 in 2017.
