Mike O'Hare

Mike is the Director of Human Resources, Diocese of London. He has recently returned to London from a career in Human Resources that saw him support industries across the globe. In his role as Vice President of Human Resources, Mike has supported a number of varied businesses including Oil & Gas, Agri-Products, and Chemicals. In these senior roles, he was responsible for all aspects of the HR function including Total Rewards, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations and Strategic Planning. He holds a Bachelor’s degree (Economics) from King’s University College at Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours Business Administration) and MBA from the University of Windsor. Mike also holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (C.H.R.P.) designation and is a graduate from the University of Michigan’s Advanced Human Resources Executive Management Program. Mike has been involved in a number of not-for--profit charities in the past including the United Way and Habitat for Humanity (TX, USA). He has also been recently appointed to the board at King’s University College at Western University.
