Paul Hubert

For 35 years Paul has invested in leaders and leading organizations, assisting them in bringing change to their communities. He is the CEO of Pathways Employment Help Centre, unleashing the potential of people through employment, skills development and advocacy. For 12 years Paul served as a member of the London City Council. He is the lead consultant for Delta Leadership, specializing in strategic planning and human resource development. He has served on several Boards including RBC Place, Tourism London and Old East Village BIA. Paul has a Masters in Psychology from the University of Guelph where his research focused on the process of change amongst young offenders. He is a graduate of the Queen’s Smith School of Business Executive Leadership Strategy program. He spent seven years in Latin America and is fluent in Spanish. Currently, he serves as a Senior Fellow with the Network for Social Trends at Western University and is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association. Paul and his wife Joan have 3 children and 2 grand twins.
