Paul Hubert

Paul is the CEO of Pathways Employment Help Centre, served on the London City Council and is the lead consultant for Delta Leadership, specializing in strategic planning and human resource development. He has served on Boards for RBC Place, Tourism London and Old East Village BIA. Paul has a Masters in Psychology and is a graduate of Queen’s Smith School of Business Executive Leadership Strategy program.
