Third Age Outreach, Specialized Geriatric Services, is part of St. Joseph’s Health Care London and has been supporting adults 55+ in the London and surrounding community for 35+ years!

Third Age Outreach provides specialized programs & services, educational opportunities, resource information, referrals, and special events that promote health & wellness, independence, positive aging, and an enhanced quality of life for adults 55+ and older adults.

    Third Age Outreach offers in-person, virtual and hybrid program opportunities. This unique hospital outreach service is a community based Therapeutic Recreation Service. All programs, educational courses, group activities and therapeutic assessments promote wellness, personal development, independence and improved quality of life for adults 55+ and older adults.
