Trauma and Violence Specialized Primary Care Program - How To Access

Currently, the Trauma and Violence Specialized Primary Care Program only accepts internal referrals from specific programs and services at St. Joseph’s and London Health Sciences Centre emergency departments.  

Future phases will expand referral pathways to external community partners and primary care providers. The program also aims to expand research capacity and training opportunities, creating a sustainable and replicable model for trauma and violence informed specialized primary care across the province.
