Medical Affairs will request your hospital Corporate ID, Outlook email, Cerner (Electronic Health Records), and NetScaler (Remote) access. All Residents and Clinical Fellows are required to regularly monitor their hospital Outlook email.
Login details to each application will be provided closer to the hospital start date.
This account is used to sign on to hospital network resources, such as ePay, ME(MyEducation), the Intranet, as well as hospital computers and desktops. It will allow access to productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Juniper remote access, and allows you to access department drives where items such as call schedules are posted.
How to Change your Corporate Password
The Corporate password can be changed by visiting Password Change Website.
Important Note: You must change your password before you access your ME(MyEducation) account to complete the online training modules.
If at any time you forget any hospital password, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 519-685-8500 ext 44357(4-HELP). Please note that passwords cannot be changed by email. You will be require to call and speak with the Help Desk.
London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and St. Joseph’s Health Care London (St. Joseph’s) will only communicate information to you through your Outlook email. You will be required to check your Outlook account on a daily basis.

Setting Up Outlook Email from Home
Access Outlook from a computer external to the hospital by visiting the below link. You will need to log in with your Corporate ID and password.

On a hospital PC, Laptop, or Thin Client computer - Click on Start>All Programs>Microsoft Office>Microsoft Office 2010
Forward Western Email to Outlook Email (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)
The hospital Outlook email system is a secure, private and confidential mode of information transmission. Confidential or sensitive business or identifiable patient or staff/affiliate information must not to be transmitted by email external to the secure email systems of the hospitals.
The secure system is comprised of London Health Sciences Centre (@lhsc.on.ca) and St. Joseph’s Health Care London (@sjhc.london.on.ca).
NOTE: Your Western email account (@uwo.ca) is outside the secure system.
In order to minimize the number of accounts you need to manage, you can forward other accounts to your hospital Outlook email account, however, please recognize that you cannot forward your Outlook email account to another account.

Netscaler Remote Access (available once you have a corporate ID)
Netscaler remote access will allow you to have access to the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system and other hospital systems from a non-hospital computer. Your login and password for NetScaler or to download documentation is your Corporate ID.
You will first need to download the Authenticator Software as instructed in the above link.
Remote access is available to clinical staff to assist with on-call activities. Remote Access should not be relied upon as a replacement for on-site visits, if necessary, due to issues with functionality on a personal device.
Eduoraom or education roaming provides roaming wireless network access for students, staff, and faculty at partner institutions. In order to connect to the eduroam network, choose “eduroam” from your list of available wifi networks.
