St. Joseph's Parking Garage Repairs - Roof Slab

Reason for disruption:
Construction work begins on the top level of the parking garage to replace the expansion joint. The disruption will begin September 3rd and last approximately 3 weeks. All work will take place during working day hours. 

What to know:
The parking garage will still be functional, however please be cautious to follow posted signage when exiting the parking garage as the turnaround will be closer to the centre of the parking garage.
The expansion joint will be completed in halves leaving access for parking on the west side of the top level, however when leaving from the west side, please be cautious of traffic as the exit will be the same as the entrance lane.

Parkwood Parking Garage - Pressure Washing

Reason for disruption:
There will be pressure washing of the ceiling at Parkwood Parking Garage starting on September 7th and last approximately 2 weeks. All work will take place after hours. This is to remove the flaking paint on the ceiling of the parking garage.

What to know
The parking garage will be functional throughout the night, but, if possible, please try to park at the uncovered lots during night shifts to allow space for the contractor to clean the ceilings and avoid paint flakes from falling on vehicles.
